Why there is no option to change screen time passcode.
There are two main reasons that you find that there is no option to change your screen time passcode.
1. The Screen time of this iPhone or iPad is monitored by another device(family sharing control).
If you are a child or a family member When your iPhone screen time is monitored on your parents’ device or the organizer’s device, there is no option to change your screen time passcode on your iPhone or iPad.

The kids are only able to find the change screen time passcode options if they control their screen time passcode on their own devices when authorized by their parents.
