No. You can't speed up the disabled time of the iPhone Unavailable or Security Lockout iPhone.

Step 4. Confirm the iPhone information and Start to download the firmware.
Detecting your iPhone in recovery mode successfully, the app should show you the device information. Confirm all the information. Hit Start. Then the app should download the firmware package to fix the unavailable iPhone immediately.
It's important to notice that when your device exits the recovery mode in 15 minutes, you can put it in recovery mode again. Alternatively, you can let the download finish first, and then put it in recovery mode again.
Step 5. Unlock your iPhone.
